Shovana Narayan, a renowned figure in the world of Kathak, embodies the essence of Indian spirituality, classicism, and artistic excellence. Her exceptional contributions to Kathak have earned her prestigious national awards, including the Padma Shri Award and the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award. With over 70 national and international awards, she is celebrated for her innovative fusion of traditional Kathak with modern sensibilities. Shovana Narayan radiates the very spirit of Indian spirituality, classicism, and artistic prowess. Notably, she is not only a celebrated Kathak exponent but also a distinguished bureaucrat, belonging to the 1976 batch of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IAAS). This dual career path, executed with remarkable grace and excellence, sets her apart as a trailblazer. She has achieved remarkable distinction in both fields. Shovana's pioneering work spans diverse fields, from simultaneous careers in dance and bureaucracy to addressing critical social issues like human rights, girl children, acid attack victims and women's role in the blue economy. Her profound impact on Kathak, philosophy, intercultural dialogue and social entrepreneurship continues to inspire and captivate audiences worldwide.

Ms. Rumjhum Chatterjee is a prominent figure in the business and women's empowerment world, renowned for her significant contributions to Infrastructure Development, Community Welfare, and Women's Empowerment in India. 

She co-founded the Infravision Foundation and played a pivotal role in the Feedback Infra Group, serving as its Co-founder and Group Managing Director until 2021. She is widely recognized for her expertise in human capital management within the infrastructure sector and was honoured "20 Most Talented HR Leaders in India" by the World HRD Congress in 2013. Notably, she broke barriers by becoming the first woman to Chair the CII Northern Regional Council, the largest of the four CII regions, representing nine states. Currently, she holds the position of Chairperson at CII, spearheading initiatives and policies aimed at advancing gender equality and women's workforce participation. 

Her illustrious career and commitment to women's empowerment and social causes continue to inspire and make a significant impact on the landscape of the Indian business world and society.

Dr. Uma Tuli, a Padma Shri recipient, founded Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust, which provides integrated education, vocational training, medical care, and self-employment for persons with disabilities in Delhi and Gwalior. She is an educationist, social worker, rehabilitation professional, and sports enthusiast. Her affiliation with the University of Delhi and Indira Gandhi National Open University has advanced disability awareness and inclusion. Amar Jyoti has received three National Awards for its outstanding contributions. Dr. Tuli, a non-bureaucrat, served as Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities and pioneered children with disabilities' participation in the Republic Day Parade. She has a Doctorate in English Literature and has initiated various human resource development courses. Her accolades include the Helen Keller Award, UN-ESCAP appreciation, the Kelvinator Gr8! Women Award and Laxmipat Singhania award. She was honored with the Excellence in Inclusivity Award from the FICCI Ladies Organisation and the Rehabilitation International Centennial Award for Significant Contributions.

Led complex, fast-paced environments in the field of telecoms, Fintech, innovation, ESG, partnerships, product & operations as a senior leader at SingTel & Vodafone across Asia-Pac. As Regional Director at Save The Children (one of the largest global NGOs for children), led 15 Asian countries including China & Afghanistan & a team of 7,500 passionate people to improve children's lives by building better advocacy, education, healthcare & economic opportunities. Led strategic disaster management projects like the Nepal earthquake rehabilitation. Also, led the Asia Corporate Advisory Board. Advisor to Prayas Children, a leading Indian NGO focussed on the education, health & livelihood of underprivileged children in India. As Asia Director at Jumo World Africa, led innovative partnerships for the financial inclusion of the un-banked in Asia & India.
